• Identity Details: Full Name, Date of Birth, Gender, and Profile Photograph (for membership ID generation).
• Contact Information: Mobile Number, Email Address, and Postal Address.
• Employment Details: Teacher ID / Treasury ID, School Name, Designation, Mandal, and District within Andhra Pradesh.

B. Payment Information

When paying the nominal membership fee, payment processing is handled through secure third-party payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay, Paytm, or UPI payment services).

C. Device & Technical Data

• Device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and basic application performance logs to ensure system stability and security.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information strictly for the administration and service delivery of the APMSSTU union:

• To process and verify your union membership application.
• To generate and issue your official digital APMSSTU Membership Card.
• To send official union communications, circulars, meeting notices, and welfare updates via push notifications, SMS, or email.
• To maintain an accurate state-level directory of union members.
• To issue digital payment receipts for your membership dues.

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We respect your privacy and do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties, commercial entities, or advertising networks.

• Authorized Union Officials: Designated state/district office-bearers of APMSSTU for official membership verification and administrative activities.

• Retention: We retain your membership data for as long as your membership with APMSSTU remains active or as needed to provide union services to you.
• Account Deletion Request: You have the right to request the deletion of your account and personal details. You can request account deletion by emailing us at our official support email address listed below with your registered mobile number and Teacher ID.

6. Children's Privacy

The APMSSTU App is intended strictly for adult educators and government school teachers. It is not designed for or directed at children under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.
