Terms of Cancellation & Refund
Duplicate or Excess Payment Claims
In case a member experiences multiple deductions during online payment gateway processing, the excess amount will be processed back to the originating bank account or UPI within 5-7 business days after reconciliation with Cashfree Payments.
Membership Subscriptions
Membership fees once confirmed and acknowledged with an official Union UID Card are generally non-refundable, as they are credited to the state union welfare corpus.
Refund Processing Timeline
Any approved refund will be processed and credited to the original mode of payment within 5 to 7 working days, subject to standard banking clearance windows.
